|Provided Service: Design/Promotion|
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- Born and raised in Los Angeles to a Mexican household, XP The Marxman is a skilled Hip-Hop artist, songwriter, and producer.
In May 2017, the buzzing wordsmith released his solo project "At God Speed" with DJ B.Original via indie label Sound Unity Entertainment. Most recently, his media praised single and music video for "LyfeTyme" was unveiled, which sheds a light on the vicious cycle of poverty and violence. The music video was shot and edited by Ninth and Company and filmed in Los Angeles, California.
"This song was made with the intention to better society and shine a light on the vicious cycle of poverty and violence that is prevalent in certain communities within our society. I wanted to paint a picture and describe what it's like to do what you have to do to survive," XP The Marxman explained.
Adding, "I talk about my living conditions as a youth and certain instances that changed my life for the better. This song was made for the struggling urban youth who knows no different than what they are shown, only to follow their dreams, prevail and prosper. Showing and telling the audience that you are the masters of your universe, future and destiny. Hard work dedication will always prevail over circumstance."
Growing up in the tuff L.A. streets, being a product of gang life, drugs, poverty, and violence, XP The Marxman soon realized that voicing his life threw rhymes and writing down his day to day struggles gave him purpose. He used music as his outlet to tell his story. Music was his source of life, during tough times.
